Cookbook Review: Eat Well, Lose Weight

Better Homes and Gardens Eat Well, Lose Weight is a terrific little cookbook, especially if you are hoping to lose a little weight. Even if you're not, the recipes are relatively simple, organized well, and nicely varied. Serving sizes are moderate, not too small, and recipes use real ingredients. There are some processed/already prepared ingredients called for (such as various jams/jellies and sauces), but little to no artificially sweetened ingredients called for. While some ingredients (such as broccoli slaw) are a touch more expensive than than ones we use normally, there aren't many exotic ingredients or hard-to-find ingredients used. All in all, we have enjoyed this little cookbook and use it regularly.
