- 1 special melon (forget it's name! It's the yellow one)

- 2 small purple peppers
- 1 bag slicing onions
- 1.5# potatoes
- 2 yellow squash + 1 round yellow squash
- 1 bag kale
- CHERRY TOMATOES
- nothing much else save some basil and other herbs
- Potatoes from last week
- Kale from last week
- couple of tomatoes from last week
- tomatilloes from last week
- 1 pattypan squash (still!)
- jalapenos from friends' garden
- grocery store cilantro
- grocery store green onions
- grocery store lettuce
- grocery store bell peppers
- BLT's (the sole reason for that grocery store lettuce ☺)
- Kale chips

- Something Mexican involving tomatillo salsa
- that's as far as I've gotten... I'm kind of brain dead right now
When you DO get eggplant, see if you can find a copy of America's Test Kitchen and make eggplant parmesan--theirs is amazing!! If you have an abundance, you can do all the breading at once and pop what you don't need in the freezer. My family loved it. I may have to go out and buy some eggplant! (Let me know if you need the recipe.)
