Another old school recipe from my mom.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 4 ounces macaroni (1 1/3 cup)
- (1/4 c. ripe olives, optional)
Brown meat. Add salt, pepper, onion, soup, and water and noodles. Cook until noodles are tender. Add corn (and olives) and half of cheese. Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
