- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can stewed or diced tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies (like Rotel)
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix*
- 1 (16-oz) can tomato sauce**
- 1 can kidney or black beans
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 1 (16-oz) can corn
- toppings of choice (shredded cheese, sour cream or plain yogurt, etc.)
**can leave out if you don't have on hand
Brown meat and onion; drain. Add all ingredients and cook about 1 hour.
~Makes about 10 servings (can halve it by using smaller can sizes and leaving out tomato sauce if you use a whole can of tomatoes)
