Sometimes I don't do an official "menu" for the week in which two months overlap, but this year, organization is my friend.
Monday: Beef Daube, buttered noodles, green veggie
Tuesday: Tomato Basil Soup and Grilled cheese; fruit
Wednesday: church
Thursday: South-of-the-Border Pie, cornbread, green veggie
Friday: out-of-town
Saturday: out-of-town
Sunday: out-of-town
