In case of emergency, we are coming to your house. This week is my "eat from the pantry" week. The problem is a substantial proportion of my pantry is made up of snacks! Crackers and marshmallows for dinner anyone?
That's when we do cheese and crackers for lunch! Today's lunch: peanut butter balls, apple slices, and crackers!
Ditto on the snacks! I included sprouted pretzels in my pantry stocking this season. Make with flour that digests as a veggie. Can't beat that, just open and eat!
Hmm... sprouted pretzels sound fascinating!
That was a lot of work Betsy! I hope you find a lot of good meals in there. We have a lot of the same items, though you definitely have a lot more of the flours and stuff than I do! I can never seem to stock enough oil or flour here. 'Fraid of the bugs too...
I gotta get with you about the rice sometime - I never did find that grocer!
