Garden Gourmet in Dead of Winter

I might change my mind about gardening this coming summer. Tonight's menu (on a FREEZING cold day in January):

steamed homegrown green beans (frozen)
butternut squash souffle with homegrown squash (also frozen)
broiled fish with lime basil pesto (pesto was frozen)
rice pilaf with basil (frozen basil)

Mmmmmmm. Pretty classy for a freezer meal!

Maybe just scale it back a bit this year! Or drag me over more often or borrow my teenager to help! :)
