Green and Gold Salad with Citrus Ranch Dressing
- 3 c. chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. diced mango
- 1 large navel orange, sectioned (and cut in halves/thirds if you prefer)
- 1/2 c. toasted pecans
- 1 (6-oz) package fresh spinach
Toss together. Toss with dressing to taste.
Citrus Ranch Dressing
- 3/4 c. Ranch dressing
- 2 t. grated orange rind
- 3 T. fresh orange juice
Mix together thoroughly.
