Side Dish Serving Suggestion(s): simple tossed green salad or cut up veggies and dip
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 chicken, cut up
- Spray pan with Pam (baking dish--8x8 or so). Sprinkle rice over bottom. Put chicken pieces on top of rice. Spray chicken with Pam. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour soup and 2 cans of water over all. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour.
- If you want/need it be less greasy, you can skin the chicken first.
