- 3 3/4 c. Bisquick (or make your own)
- 3 T. yellow mustard
- 9 T. water
- 10-12 hot dogs
- 2-3 cans favorite chili (or about 4 cups leftover homemade)
- cheddar cheese
- Mix Bisquick, mustard, and water together and press onto bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch pan.
- Cut hot dogs in half and lay pieces on the dough.
- Cover with chili.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake about 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
