Chili Dog Pie

Here's a great, easy meal for a wintry night. Kid-friendly and a good use for leftover chili.

  • 3 3/4 c. Bisquick (or make your own)
  • 3 T. yellow mustard
  • 9 T. water
  • 10-12 hot dogs
  • 2-3 cans favorite chili (or about 4 cups leftover homemade)
  • cheddar cheese
  1. Mix Bisquick, mustard, and water together and press onto bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Cut hot dogs in half and lay pieces on the dough.
  3. Cover with chili.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake about 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
