- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (2-oz) jar pimiento
- 1 (8-oz) carton French onion dip
- 1/2 c. milk
- Brown sausage, stirring to crumble, and drain. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings.
- Combine all ingredients, including reserved drippings. Stir enough to moisten dry ingredients.
- Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown.
