6 slicing tomatoes, mixed red and yellow if you can find them
1/2 c. or so olive oil
1/4 c. chopped/snipped basil (or parsley)
salt and pepper to taste
Lay tomatoes on a chilled plate in a circle, alternating colors if you can. Drizzle olive oil on top. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over. Sprinkle basil on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
