CSA
- cabbage
- 1 pound potatoes
- several small bell peppers
- several hot peppers
- 1 bag brussels sprouts greens (new to us!)
- 1 small bag mystery greens (can't remember what they are)
- 1 pint or so yellow cherry tomatoes
- 3 beautiful yellow slicing tomatoes
- small bag of fresh basil
- banana peppers
- occasional bell peppers (finally!)
- yellow tomatoes (must be the season for the yellows)
- few small tomatillos
- several small pumpkin volunteers
Menu: (not sticking with my pattern here...)
- Sunday: leftovers for lunch; pasta with pesto and summer squash (maybe some chicken thrown in) with veggies and dip on the side
- Monday: Rosemary Potato Frittata, muffins, fruit and fresh veggies on side
- Tuesday: not sure yet--something with cabbage!
- Wednesday: Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta (this is new to us) with a side of cooked greens
- Thursday: Confetti-Stuffed Burritos
