Recipe from Take Out Tonight!
- 1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise (we use regular)
- 2 T. mango chutney
- 8 slices pumpernickel bread
- 6 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 1 1/4 c. thinly sliced English cucumber
- 2 c. alfalfa sprouts
- 12 grape tomatoes
- Combine mayo and chutney in small bowl.
- Divide and spread the chutney mayo on 4 slices of bread. Layer the turkey, cucumber, and sprouts over the top. Cover each sandwich with a slice of the remaining bread. Serve with the tomatoes.
