CSA:
- quart of small plum tomatoes
- 1 good-sized head of cabbage
- 4 small heads of broccoli (yum!)
- small bag of basil
- 4 hot peppers
- 3 beautiful bell peppers
- 1 bag of white potatoes (maybe a pound?)
- 1 bag of big summer squash (8-ball, regular zucchini, and yellow)
- lots of small orange slicing tomatoes
- lots of red cherry tomatoes
- small green bell pepper
- LOTS of banana peppers (and I mean LOTS)
- LOTS and LOTS of basil (I thought it would get too cold this weekend, so I harvested it all... and there is LOTS and LOTS and LOTS.... time for some serious pesto making)
- Monday: Light and Easy Italian Chicken, spaghetti squash marinara, spinach salad
- Tuesday: Confetti-Stuffed Burritos
- Wednesday: Potato, Bacon, and Egg Scramble (someday I'll post this recipe!), biscuits, fruit
- Thursday-Friday: Pasta with Lentils, broccoli
- Saturday (company's coming!): Sunday pork roast, mashed potatoes (or sweet potatoes), speedy rosemary green beans, extras
