CSA "Stuff"
- 3 small bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1/2 pint or so yellow cherry tomatoes (one of our boys LOVES these)
- 1 big beautiful head of lettuce
- 2 bags young mustard greens! (these are our favorite of the greens group--although we enjoyed our broccoli greens last week)
- 2 small butternut squash
- 2 yellow tomatoes (I'm growing addicted to BLT's)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 3 hot peppers
- 1 small bag potatoes (maybe a pound?)
Menu:
- Sunday: BBQ! (and baked beans, broccoli slaw, potato salad... mmm); dinner is TBD (it will probably include salad--our kids have become addicted to bacon bits and cheese on top of salad!)
- Monday: Leftover BBQ Pork, Mashed Potatoes (or leftover potato salad), Mustard Greens
- Tuesday: Chicken Quesadillas, Salad
- Wednesday: Bacon-Egg-Potato Scramble, Biscuits, fruit
- Thursday: Pasta with Butternut Squash and Sage, Mustard Greens
- Friday: (out of town)
- Saturday: (out of town)
